I'm in the planning stages on the 2 story addition to my house (now that the garage is done).
Because I'm building back....I'll end up having to redo all of my existing electrical to my house....currently, my 200A load center is on the side of the house and I have a conduit that goes to a junction box where it ties into my existing circuits.
Part of my addition will have a slab....it would be a much shorter shot from the new load center to the old junction box if I went underneath the slab in conduit....if I go over or to the side, besides a lot of holes, the distance is longer.
I think I already know the answer...but I thought it best to hear from the experts.
