A few days ago I noticed that if I follow my usual method for reading the forum:
Click "New Posts"
Click "Go to first new post" on the particular thread I want to read.
It results in me looking at a thread that does not respond to arrow up/down or page up/down.
Since I use the keyboard for the majority of my scrolling up/down, this is really annoying. It is completely new behavior, NOT something that I just never noticed, I'm very consistent in the way I use a computer, I'm a programmer.
I'm using IE 11.0.9699.16428

Hope you guys can account for and fix this, it doesn't happen in any of the other forums I frequent which use the same vBulletin software.
I can't think of anything else to include.
