How do you see the most recent posts of a thread, the old forum used to take me to the last post I read in a thread and now when I click it takes me to page one which isn't really helpful. I'm sure I'm missing something as I can't imagine any forum software not having it??

it works sort of the same. once you've read posts in a thread you will go to the new posts next time you load that thread. if you have read all posts you get directed to the first post in the thread . If you want to read the last post in the threas, click onthe time stamp above the posters name in the rh side of the page
That only goes to the most recent post on the thread (when you click on the right) not the last post since your last visit. Before there was a little button/icon that you clicked on that took you to the last visited place in the thread since your last visit. clicking on the rh time stamp takes you to the last post made in that thread, yes.
click on the thread title, it takes you to the next post since the last time you viewed the thread . if you have read all of the posts in that thread & you click on the title, it takes you to the first post in the thread. if you have not read that thread before, it will take you to the fist post as well.
