Hey all,

I'm new and just about to get started on my new (to me) garage reno. Well once I get back in the states. It's a small 20 x 21 2 car. Ive been totally motivated by the the garages I've seen on here and hope someday that my garage will be as nice as some of the others on here!

So here is a preview!!

Gotta figure out what I'm going to do with the stairs. Oh and this isn't my stuff this picture was taken during the inspection.

Lots of potential. The post in the center is an aggravation that you can live with but might want to address in your remodel. The stairs will be a challenge as well.

When will you be coming home?

I don't leave japan until the 20th. The wifey has been taking care of things while I'm gone. She even took measurements of the garage for me so I could make a layout! Gotta love a wife that supports the man space!

My QSM needs to have the same garage as your CGM.

Well I just got back from overseas and have finally moved into the house. Once I get settled I'll post up more pics of the garage. #1 is to find out what it will take to get rid of that post. There's a bedroom over the garage so I'm sure I will need sign off on any structural changes.

Nice garage to start out with, and welcome back to the States. I don't want to bust any bubbles, but you may want to look at that outside wall. It looks like there may be a moisture problem by the looks of the cement blocks. Hopefully not though. Pics can be deceiving.

Only people that haven't driven an 04-06 GTO say that. I've had an Aussie goat and it was a great car- much more stable and solid than any of my 4th gens.

Working on a 70 now-
