I'm looking for input on what the going rate for Craftsman block grinders is. A pawn shop that I occasionally visit has had one on the shelf for a while at $85. I can't give any other specifics at this time, but I'm wondering if it's even worth pursuing or not. Thoughts (with the limited information)?

It all depends on the machine:

If it's missing shields, covers, lamp, tool rests, quench post and is <1/2 HP then $25. If it's >3/4 HP, 100% complete/good condition with the industrial style tool rests than $200+. (even higher with the correct cast iron stand)

As stated, it depends a lot on condition and also on rarity. For example, the standard 1/3 hp sells for not too much. The not so common 1/3 hp with the integral wheel braking sells for more.
