The Bostitch you bought for $13 was probably the one that the bosses wife sold while she was cleaning out the garage.
He didn't buy a Bostitch. Did you even read his lips? He bought a Bosticts. That's why it was so cheap. Like my recent crodless screwdriver deal! Really eliminates the tirp hazard that cords present. And before any of you ingrates ask to borrow it, I'm going to sell it so you can just leave me alone.

I have a few people that I loan stuff to. A couple can borrow my rototiller, and they bring it back promptly and better than when they took it, such as cleaner and with fresh gas. The few that borrow tools are kind of embarrassed to ask to borrow something, as they are themselves hesitant to loan anything. And my sons and I will share large items that we don't use a lot, such as thickness planer for lumber or the Bobcat skid steer that we own together.

Most do not want to actually borrow the tools, they want you to come apply your trade for free. You can be licensed, insured ,ect but by gosh, if they have to pay for it, they will call someone else.
I started telling neighbors I only have commercial tools and they are totally differant then what you need for residential. I had a neighbor stop by years ago that I didn't know at first and after a few visits then asks for a favor. Home AC needed a top off. Told him just drop off a case of beer. Never seen him or the beer again. I never from that point on had any residential tools and that included a neighbor I knew who never turned his ac on until 3 pm on July 4th and had their friends coming over and really needed a favor. I picked a number out of the phone book and gave it to them and enjoyed the holiday with my family.

If the site staff banned members based on grammar, half this place would be empty. It is really eye opening to read many of the threads and even replies within this thread. Hopefully they are better at working with their hands than typing.
Wut u talking bout?
