since i baught my new tool box . i have been trying to find cheap wood flooring to make a top. All the ads i see have been priced at new or close to new price. why do people do that? they have two boxes left over from a job and want new prices for it when its not even enough to do a bathroom . they must be hoping to find the one person who has the exact same floor , and needs to replace less than 15 sq ft. . If that stuff is that expensive and rare why wouldnt they put it in the attic to have when they need to repair their own house? sorry for ranting but some people just amaze me. :eyecrazy :wtf:

Watch the big box stores for special order stuff that gets returned.
I have bought whole cases for $5 - $10

Hey....it never hurts to ask. You may just get it. And it is just an "asking" price. It isn't going higher.....they are not going to say...."I was asking $50 but I will take $76".
