I purchased a Goldak PB44 feerit pipe locator. It has a flushable sonde, that you flush down the toilet or clean out to locate septic tanks and lines. It works on 119 kHz. I am trying to find a spare sonde for it. Most of all the new ones work on 512. Does any one have a source where I might find one. They are about the size of a grape.

There was a place I used to purchase from http://prototek.net They make flushable transmitters. Used them over 30 years I think. Flush to find sewer line or septic tanks. They used to accept the old ones back for rebuilding too.

Yes, I already checked them out. They work on 512 kHz. They are around $30 ea. which is not a bad price. I called the co. and they have one that goes on the end of a camera rod, they are around $250 and that is not what I want. I would think some one still makes them or some one would have one laying around.
