Good circuit breaker tacer?

Anyone know of any good quality circuit breaker tracer? I've recently purchased a klein tracer which did a horrible job. Looking at getting a different brand that actually can detect which breaker powers what outlet without having to tear the whole breaker panel apart.

The Ideal tracer is miles ahead of the Klein and is still under $40.

Why tear the whole breaker panel apart? just turn one off at a time and measure the outlet?

I have this Fluke one. Better than Klein or Ideal.
