Good customer service from amarr doors

Thought I would post this about amarr doors. We were in the process of putting up the overhead doors this weekend and being our first time it was a learning experience. So we got to the point the directions came up short and I called the 800 number on the manual and got a really good rep. on the phone who was able to answer one of my questions but not the other. So he switched me over to another guy who could not answer me right off but he said " let me go pull a panel like you have so we are looking at the same thing " a couple minutes later he's back we determine which holes I need to use and that was great. A real person I could understand who wasn't just reading it off his computer. Thought I would let everyone know, plus the doors are nice also.

If he's still there, I'd bet it might have been Craig Dye. He's fantastic, and he helped me in 2008 when I put up my grandfather's door. He helped me from beginning to end and even gave me feedback on the final install. He couldn't find anything wrong.....

Yes, they are a good company.

They handled an issue with my new door a few years ago. Top notch service. They'll get my business again if I ever need a door.
