I though i would just remove the little strap. Don't want to cut it. I might do that tomorrow.

Yes I've seen those. But fast forward to the early '90's and they made the identical panel to the BR series. I installed hundreds of them. And the breakers looked identical to the Bryant breakers. They were color coded, but different from the pic you posted. I've come across the same GS panels that you posted. They were around long before the ones I am describing. I don't know if GS bought a factory that was tooling BR, or if they lent their name, or what. But the panels and breakers looked exactly like the BR series
