Good deal on T8 lights

I bough these all for $40. All work and all have bulbs with them. Can some one help me with some questions? I want to flush mount them. Can I and if yes, How do I? How would I wire them all together? The wiring look's smaller.

Those are "troffer" lights that drop into the grid of a suspended ceiling.
In order to "flush mount" them in any other type of ceiling, you'll have to make framed openings for them with a lip around the bottom of the opening for the fixture to sit on.

I received 9 of those fixtures for free. They are mounted flush to the bottom of my joists, however my ceiling is not finished, so it's no help to you.

Should I sell them? What would be the best to buy at a reasonable price?

Just modify them to suspend with aircraft cable or chains.
