good file?

Was going through an old toolbox I got at an estate sale a while back. The usual old craftsman sockets and an odd wrench here and there.
In the bottom wrapped in tissue paper is a file I can't seem to find much info on.
On the bottom it says,
Sandvic
Oberg
Portugal
1
To the left it has a picture of a thin moon with a face on it.
It appears to be brand new and very sharp. Was hoping someone could shed some light on it.
I'd post a picture but can't figure out how on my phone.

Yes indeed the Sandvick Oberg is a top notch file not finding much on any History in this short time; but if given some time I bet it would be a ton of it on the web.

Just shooting from the hip not sure about any connections but Bahco seems to keep showing up; maybe part of the same company? Buyout ? Both are/were from Sweden in the file making business.

Sandvik is/was a big player in cutting tool inserts.
Expect that their other products are/were high quality as well.
