Good floor jack?

Who makes a good quality floor jack? Does anyone make them in the US anymore? Yes i have a lift, but still bring the jack out for somethings. Have been wanting to get a new one for a while now.

Don't really have a budget in mind yet. Wanted to kind of see what was out there first and then go from there.

Find a good used one.

I have a 2-ton Snap On (made by Lincoln) that I bought for $40 that needed a rebuild. The rebuild kit was $45. Other than faded paint it's as good as new.

I've got 2 of these that I use for tire rotations among other things. Made in China, but really good build quality. Even though they are partially made from aluminum, they are still pretty heavy.

Weaver makes a nice one. I have two of the 4 ton jacks. Bought one used, and drove up into MI to buy the other. They make them right on site there with American made steel & components.

Probably going to get flamed for this, but HF makes some good ones for a low price. I got a few of their's and they've held up for the last several years.

I've often looked at those and wondered how they are. This makes me feel better. I had no idea the other ones would be so expensive. I was think 4-500 at most. Thanks for all the replies guys.

Ended up with the Napa 791-6420. Its an import clone of the HeinWerner. Ive been using it for a few weeks now and I like it a lot. Lifts fast and rolls real nice

I heard its on sale in the states for $199. Thats a great price for a very good jack IMHO. I paid a lot more than that for mine.
