Good guy report: US made Bondhus tools

I purchased some ball tip hex drivers from Bondhus (through Amazon) the other day, partially because of recommendation from a friend, partially because they were made in the USA.

I've since used them being quite happy with the quality AND the fact they were US made, I wrote and told them both of these facts.

I got a very nice personally written email thanking me for the feedback on their tools and telling me they were going to send me a gift for taking the time to write and express my opinion on their hex tools .

There's still some good companies out there.

My wife, when she was a kid, would write letters to cereal companies telling them how much she liked their cereal. She would get all sorts of freebies and stuff back from them, too.

Now we write complaint letters and get nothing
