Good morning to everyone, I've been lurking for some time, and just recently started posting more often, so I thought i'd introduce myself. I'm a mechanical engineer by profession, building large ships and boats for the best Navy in the world.
I am in the planning stages of a 20 x 25 garage in my backyard, with hopes to break ground sometime after everything thaws out next spring (2012). Hopefully I'll be able to post some pictures once we start construction.
Until then I'm a collector of old lamps, fans and kerosene and Coleman lanterns, and always watching garage sales and flea markets for good deals.
I've already learned a lot from all of the experienced folks on here, and am looking forward to contributing some of my knowledge to the group when I can!
