During an investigation of doing my epoxy job on my garage, I discovered the company EDCO who appears to be one of a few company who manufacturers floor grinders in the United States. Turns out they are 2 miles from my house so a friend of mine went and spent about 2 hours with them to "get smart". See summary below...and photos. I just thought I'd share as I was very impressed with the company.


























I have seen a bunch of manufacturing facilities and this by most accounts was the most well organized organization I have ever seen. They make all kinds of concrete prep tools, grinders, cutting saws, scabblers, scatifyers and so forth.
Bar stock and sheet steel in and product out! Bunch of million dollar computer controlled cutting tools and lathes. Very customer focused organization.

Yes indeed! They are a great company. Our Prep-Crete Surface Prep Division uses a number of these machines for general grinding and edge work. Great machines, easy to fix and maintain.
