Found these adjustable wrenches at two estate sales.

Diamond Tool , bought two adjustables and two channel locks for $ 10.00

12" Utica adjustable wrench $ 2.00. Never heard of them before. Great feel to the wrench, seems lighter than my other 12".

Just think, you use to be able to buy these off the shelf at any store, not having to spend extra to get a quality tool.

I think I heard somewhere that Diamond in now made in china.

Thank god for yard/estate sales.

I have gotten to be selective in my yard sale buys. It's not that I need any more 12" wrenches ( i have around 6 now) it s hard to turn down a $ 2.00 wrench. The way things are going, like with CM going china & tiawan, I'll just stock pile some for replacements. They'll outlast me and be handed down to my kids.

Anyone else have a "Elephant" brand wrench? I've had one of those for over 20 years.

I also have a 24" that I bought at a thrift shop for $ 14.00. That was my deal of the week.
