I need a good pair of goggles to go over my eye glasses need them for mowing and weed eating, would need to seal to my face and not fog. I have tried the dewalt but they don't fit well. What does everyone use?

Swing by your local Welding Supply House, like AirGas or Victor. They have all kinds, flip up, rigid, flexible, many different lenses and inserts.

Polycarbonate is about the best for protection.

A face shield protects your face. Safety glasses protect your eyes.

At least that is the way OSHA sees it.

Yes true enough and sounds so bureaucratic, of course we know OSHA  knows everything. I hardly ever leave my home without consulting OSHA first.

However the OP in not asking that question. To answer his question, a face shield will not fog, where as goggles always will, especially in a humid environment. Just the nature of the beast, goggles have zero air movement behind them.

You can order a pair of prescription safety glasses from China for like $20, and they will probably come from the same place as the ones you'd pay $80 for from Pearl Vision.

thanks for the responses, I found a pair on amazon I am going to try. A face shield would cover more of my face but we mow a cemetery where there is a lot of sand and it would just go under the face shield and I don't think I could ware it for 2-3 hours at a time

When you said seal to my face and not fog up I thought of ski goggles. Kailor's suggestion of motorcycle goggles is probably better for impact protection. Both have a wide elastic band which does not make your ears hurt when wearing two pairs of over the ear style.
