The one you linked has 90+ percent 4 and 5 star reviews based on 500+ reviews. That's about as good as you'll do since there's always a certain percentage of people who buy tools and are so dumb that they couldn't figure out how to use a soup spoon, but they still blame the tool for their own ineptness.

I'm more inclined to believe bad reviews depending on what they say

Dremel and a cut off wheel works every time. Saves the fitting, too.

For SS cinch clamps, I've used a pair of pliers in a pinch when I didn't have my Dremel.
