He said he payed $5000. I offered him 25% of msrp. We'll see. Apparently, all these good deals are not happening in my area.

They are $4000 new si he is figuring in tax and financing....
$2000 if it's like new, they don't hold their value as much as the snap ons do

I bought that same box only black with a stainless top off a snap on dealer for 500. I guess I got a pretty good deal.

Yeah, sounds good. This is the 19 drawer 66" long model, I'm not doubting you, but $4000 new seems a bit low. I noticed this box is on Mac's March flyer. I'd be curious to see what I could get it for new, if there was a Mac Tools dealer in this area.:sad:

Ok, I am specifying the price on the dual bank version not the triple So he may be right on the price...call Mac and ask....

$2500 or less may be fair if the thing is cherry and you like the color
