Good prices on boxes?

Questions for you all, What would you say is a good price for either of these used boxes:

or

The KRL1023 is two years old, but is in mint condition. No dents/scratches and looks well taken care of (waxed, owner was a body shop man). No stainless steel top.

The KRL1033 is what looks like a few years old as well, it has the stainless steel top and a few dents from tools in a mechanics shop. I'd say this box is in excellent condition.

Both are currently wavering around 4,000 obo.
