Another thing, get yourself a file card and keep them clean. That makes a huge difference.
And some chalk to keep them from clogging

Once you've found a good file, PB Swiss offer CAB file handles in a range of sizes and colours!
I use the PB Swiss file handles, they are good and reasonably priced for PB Swiss.
My files are either old used ones I find that are still OK or whatever I can get new or NOS, not that I have that many
