So I broke the tip on my Snap-On screw driver today Monday. ( unheard of )
I know my Snap-On man drives past my shop on Tuesday ( Friday is our normal day ) so I sent him a text asking him to stop by on Tuesday so I can swap out the tool. Literally, less than five minuets later he was standing right behind me.
Swapped the tool in no time with zero drama.
Now obviously he was in the neighborhood, ( which geographically is tough to do but what ever ) but he really didnt HAVE TO make a special stop. It just shows the level of customer care you can get from a Snap-On dealer.
