Need a little help here guys. Almost done restoring this old Parker 63 1/2 vise. When I took it apart, one screw was stuck bad. Days of kroil and then heat didn't work. Bent or broke 4 Irwin impact bits, but finally drilled it out. Now, I need to replace it. Found screws at the hardware store with the right threads, but the head is huge compared to the original. I would try to grind it down to fit, but, I think I may grind into the phillips slots. Anyone have a good source for replacement screws with a smaller head?

I posted this elsewhere, but I just buy 1/4-20 x 1" flat head machine screws, grind the head angle and cut the length to size. You will have to take a little off the top of the head also.
