Goodman GSXC no contactor?

Goodman GSXC (C stands for UC Controller or Comfortnet)

Decided to clean my coils and do a preemptive replacement of the capacitor and contactor. Best to do this early on a Saturday morning versus 10:30 at night while the wife is bitching at you.

Ordered the parts and removed the electrical cover. No contactor to be found. There is a relay on the control board but certainly does not look capable of controlling a 4 ton compressor.

Seems that the GSX model has the contactor but no control board. Looking for confirmation that the GSXC version does not have a contactor...

Uc control board takes the contactor. This unit is variable speed compressor and condenser fan motor. So the relay on the board doesn't take the lock rotor amps that a single speed compressor does. Mini split units have been doing this for years.

I looked up the manual, the GSXC does not have a variable speed compressor, it's actually a 2-stage, single speed compressor. There is no inverter drive. Looking at the wiring diagram - that relay on the control board is taking the full brunt of running the compressor.

That's what I was afraid of. In my mind, that little relay is working hard for its money. Do you know if the reliability of this board/relay? Here in the deep south, thinking I should order a board to have on hand.
