Goodyear shop crane parts

Anyone have one of the 2 ton blue and yellow shop cranes and replace the casters? The bolt hole pattern is 3” x 1 1/4” and everything I find online is 3” x 1 3/4”.

May have to weld a plate and get casters to fit.
