Google Custom Searches - another way to search

If you're having problems searching the forum for something, Google actually has a 'Custom Search Engine' that you can use. It really comes in handy if you want to search several of your favorite websites at one time or it can be used to search just one site - like Garage Journal.

Here is the link to the page where you can set one up if you want to. It's actually a Google product (Custome Search Engine) and pretty easy to use

You can also accomplish the same thing with more options using the advanced search function of Google, but you kind of need to know what you're doing. This way its pretty easy

Here is a link to a search engine that will just search Garage Journal. It's just a simple web page with a search box but it actually works pretty quick, can also search for pics and won't time out on you because you just searched for something. I just have that page bookmarked on click on it when I want to search the forum

This works very well .

I have been using "site:garagejournal.com" preceding the search terms in the google search box.
