OK, lets try linking a video to a picture (I have seen others do it so it must be possible)

COOL. It works.

Here are the steps I used:
1. Attach an image of the video (with the play arrow) using the paperclip in the menu
2. Preview the reply in the "Go Advanced" mode and click on the picture thumbnail
3. Grab the URL in the new window that pops up
4. Insert that picture URL in place of the link text in the video URL link

EASY!

If you use Photobucket or some hosting site like that, you can insert the image link directly and skip steps 1 through 3
