Looks maybe mid-century. No name. Someone painted it silver . Don’t know what company made it.366cff7ae9a9f12008627586821b7e49.jpg

Looks a lot like the one I have on my grinder. I have seen a couple others in photos but not many.

I've got the same light mounted on a 56 Craftsman Pre-Block grinder. Appears to be factory installed so that should give you an approximate date range for yours. I'll go out and look tomorrow to see if I can find an OEM mark on it. EDIT: Looking closer at yours Stillgot, it doesn't look like yours has the ridge going down the center of the shade like lafester's and mine, at least not from what I can tell in the pics. Does it?

I don’t believe mine has the ridge but I will look at it tomorrow. I gave ten dollars for it and use it constantly, wish I had four more just like it. I may strip and paint it better. Beautiful Grinders, BTW...

It does have the ridge front to back, so it’s the same light. Too bad about that silver spray can paint job with runs and smears....maybe I will get time to repaint it this winter. Hard to tell but it looks like some were a maroon bronze and others blue-green metallic? I like them both and want a couple more of these! Mid-century industrial lights just look “Proper” on a work bench.
