Here's an anvil I picked up last weekend.

What I can find for markings

0 3 6 (Which means 90lbs)

3 3 (on the front foot - year??)

Some letters that look like RRISE with a V around the I.

E at the bottom (I'm guessing for England - but because it's not written out pre 1891?)

Trying to figure out what the make and year of it is. It has a really good ring to it and bounce.
Looks like early Mouse Hole are far as design goes but can't place the logo.

Nice find. Good for you.

I don't know anvils well enough yet to tell you what it IS, but I do know that it is not a Peter Wright. I was just at the Blacksmith event in Ohio last week with my own anvil, and some anvil experts told me that it was a Peter Wright well before they got close enough to read any letters, etc. I asked how they knew so fast, and they showed me a small flat ridge at the front (under the horn) and rear, at the "toes" of the base.
