Got a new box for work

after my old one finally broke I was able to claim this one from a guy that was retiring. I could have chosen either a Proto, Williams, or this wright. The wright was the largest and had the best drawer set up imo. In case you are wondering the plates installed on the box are for a bar to lock it I still have to finish that.

got it locked up had to weld those little wings on there for the small drawers... If you ever worked industrial you'll know why it was done like this

im guessing people break into toolboxs pretty sad you need to lock your stuff up like that

Yup that and moving it sometimes the internal locks won't hold but mostly theft. Of company purchased tools. Yup people would rather steal them from someone else than have the boss order it.

Being company tools, I am sure they track where they are going to the best of their abilities. If you work with someone who is prone to often lose (or liberate) company tools, they may rather take one of your tools than take accountability for their box. Too many missing tools by one particular tech may not bode well for their job.
