Was in the garage this morning when the mail truck stopped by and dropped off a little package for yours truly.

A Blue Point 1/2" drive air wrench, 575 ft/lbs of torque, glass bead silencer, twin hammer mechanism and 7500rpm

I got it from the UK off eBay and the seller says he only used it for a month. This thing is brand new except for a couple of light scratches on it

I left it in the box so I can give it to my wife for her 40th Birthday next month

I need a new bottom cabinet toolbox. Think I could give it to the wife and say it's an island for the kitchen or something?

I gave LN a nice new plastic snow shovel for Christmas one year. Even had a big red bow on it.

A couple years later, she gave me a nice new aluminum grain scoop to shovel mulch onto her gardens. She didn't want me overtaxing myself swingin that steel shovel. Come January I found out she also charged that damn aluminum scoop to my account.

Yes I do by her tools as gifts, its a long story

When we first go married 10 years ago I bought her women gifts, you know perfume, gift certificates and so on for the first couple of years. She never bought me a single gift so from the 3rd year on I just bought her tools.

I give tools to my 2 daughters because they use them and have their own work benches in my shop. I gave my wife a tool set once because she said she wanted one with the basic stuff in it to keep in the house. That is the one and only time I have ever bought her tools.

No way is he serious, he has proven himself far smarter than that in the past so I am sure he didn't try that. It does make for a Damned fine story though.
