Got a Northern Tool 4" grinder/cutoff

I haven't had a chance to try it yet but this thing looks surprisingly well made. It has a really nice feature that I wanted...it's reversible.

I'll let you all know how it works when I attack a some auto sheet metal.

Just out of curiousity - why do you need it to be reversible? Shoot sparks the other way?

That's pretty much it. Sometimes you get in a position that the sparks are flying in a direction that you'd rather they didn't.

Having just been in several awkward spots with my electric 4" blowing sparks at my face, reversible sounds pretty good!

Made by Sumake of Taiwan, an inspection of their website confirms these are not HF products, they have a heck of a lineup in air grinding type tools.
