The SOB went behind the fence to take photos and complained about vehicles that were behind the fence I put up to satisfy him.

My neighbor did the same thing when I bought a inflatable pool for my dogs. Mind you this was only a 10' diameter cheapie pool from WalMart. There are no ordinances against it. He just didn't like the noise my dogs were making having fun.

When I went to the Code Office to have the issue dismissed, I also filed charges with the Sheriff for trespassing. His pictures were the evidence that he was on my property. It cost him $100 fine, court costs, and a misdemeanor charge. He moved shortly thereafter.

My Town will not allow Outdoor WoodBurning Pits.
They sell them at every store in town.

But there is an ordinance against open fires outside. Its Stupid!

Every neighbor has one, and we all enjoy a nice evening with neighbors, a cocktail or two around a nice fire.
I had the Police walk down my Drive at 2 in the morning while 6 neighbors, my wife and I were hanging around ours, he told me how it was against the law. I told him the we had just finished cooking some hot dogs and were ready to do "Smore's"...so he left!
Our Tax money!!! Go figure!

If you thinks these are bad, consider this story of a man in Denver who sued a homeowner to block demolition of his own home. The man's complaint? He would be denied the right to "drive by and look at it".

"I was just trying to draw a line in the sand because this has been going on too long," Cowley said. "Just because someone owns something doesn't give them the ultimate right. They are removing homes of substance and replacing them with no substance."

holier than thou a-holes are everywhere.
