The email from Fastenal today actually admitted that they had changed their login procedures and that I would have to reset the password to use the store!!
Usually I frustrate myself for 15 minutes or so with every password I've ever used and then go do something else while I calm down.
Why is this the first time I can remember this happening with vendors that I pay money to?? It has to be easier than changing the business name or forcing the user to subscribe to a new program.
