For $5 or so on eBay, one of these 5W LED bulbs really makes it come alive. Picked up a beat up Ryobi with a bundle of other tools, which had a bright, but very hot, halogen. The cheap LED is ice cold, super bright, and probably exponentially increased the runtime. Just my $.02, for the older guys w/ pre-LED lights.

A lot cheaper than the $20 milwaukee offering in stores.

Thanks, I’ll give that a try. I have one of the old blue Ryobi lights that I put a 1-watt LED in several years ago. It’s OK but nothing more, a little dim.

Thanks, I’ll give that a try. I have one of the old blue Ryobi lights that I put a 1-watt LED in several years ago. It’s OK but nothing more, a little dim.

I accidentally was sent a 1W instead of 5W by another seller. World of difference.
