since you guys have corrupted me and introduced me to craftsman block grinders I have been looking for one on the bay and craigslist. I came across this one on craigslist last week but did not have time to go look at it until today. I gave him $60 and think I got a good deal. everything is there, the only problem if you can call it that is the nameplate is faded so its hard to read. thanks for all the great info you guys give out daily .

Search for "block grinder" there are several good threads that explain them. From what I have read the windings are heavier gauge wire that make them last longer and its getting hard yo find a grinder not made in the ROC that I could afford so this seemed like a great option.
