My dad has been keeping an eye out for some old tools for me, mostly been looking for SAE wrenches and 1/2 drive stuff. One of his co-workers rounded up a bit more than I planned on. Wouldn't take a dime for the stuff either. It was 2 five gallon buckets full of assorted tools. I picked out all the Asian production stuff and filled a 24" plastic toolbox full.

This is the good old US production stuff I picked out. Haven't really sorted through to see what all I need yet.

Barcalo and Lectrolite wrenches mostly here. Lots of Proto, Blackhawk, and SK 3/8 sockets.

Bunch of assorted open end wrenches. Old Craftsman and a few Herbrand.

This is the stuff I really needed to fill up my box. Few big chunks of steel for hitting and prying. :D Proto and Snap On needle nose, can't have enough of those around. Proto and Cornwell SAE wrenches, and one 27mm Proto. Snap on and Indestro Super spark plug sockets. All in good functional condition, I couldn't thank the guy enough when he loaded all this in my truck.

Free is good! Good stuff for free is even better.

The Indestro Super I've found to be just that - super! Don't know what they did to the steel alloy but they are excellent tools.
