Same Lift Same problem Horrible customer service

I bought the same lift and experienced the same problem but worse. Company denied any knowledge of problems and made it seem like it was my floor. Finally after an exhaustive week of calls and emails, they figure they should replace it. They even commented that my level was not straight but somehow the floor contoured exactly to the level.

I got rid of their lift once I got the new one.

I bought another lift from another vendor and had no problems. I would stay away from their product.

No quality control and arrogant customer service.

Customer service is tasked with making problems go away with as little expense and publicity as possible. If the problem is within spec and eight out of ten customers are happy with that answer, then they're doing their job well.

When one of the two customers who aren't happy with that answer gets a new lift, that seems like good customer service.

Then there's the tenth out of ten--he gets a new lift but still isn't happy.

I know alot of companies that wouldn't even return a call, let alone make arrangements to get you a new $4,000 widget. This one sounds like a win to me.
