Picked up the Harbor freight mid rise lift with the 25% off coupon making it 1125 and another 95 for shipping, it arrived on Tuesday at the local con-way freight terminal where I picked it up and they loaded it on my trailer.
I finally got around to unloading it from my trailer yesterday. Seems well built, i'm really looking forward to getting to use it.:)

Who actually makes the lift? I'm not anti-HF like some people, but with a lift I would be a little more picky to know the quality, etc.

Who knows?
I bought the same lift when I broke me knee. Sure does make it easier to work on vehicles.

It's got plenty of room for working on a engine or transmission in a front wheel drive vehicle. I'll actually be raising my wife's Cavalier up and dropping the engine/subframe out here in a few weeks.

If you have a low vehicle you're going to need to make a set of wooden ramps to clear the cable release on the main support.

sndwks - The lift looks great for a small garage (like mine). Please get pics of it in use and let us know what you think?

It's been really cold last couple of days so the lift has just been sitting, I did snap a few more photos to show fully lowered is 7 1/4 with pads on, or 5 with out the pads. It didn't come with truck adapters but heard you can use the Greg smith ones if needed.
