For those in VA and a willingness to go through the gov surplus hassle

$400.00 , but reserve not met.

Reserve not met. Who knows how much the reserve is. You know it was used hard and put away wet many of times. Good luck if you are the one who is bidding on it.

I've hauled a lot of stuff from government surplus locations, in particular lots of Hydraulic jacks. I learned the hard way, but always utilize the inspection Windows, Regardless of how long they claim it's been in the lot, there is always surprises. Unless your just up for a ride, it would need to be a killer deal for me to purchase sight unseen from a 1k miles away

You don't want one of those lifts. I worked in a shop that had those. We called them menwill die using these lifts. They were scary bad, I refused to use them. They were eventually replaced.
