yeah, let's say if they didn't take american express I wouldn't have got it.

Pretty nice box setup for the price! I'm going to assume the "no mutilation required" disclaimer means they have not or will not require things like any govt markings to be ground off, etc before sale.

right - the "no mutilation required' is more a disclaimer that you don't have to de-mil the items in question. Things like ammo shell casings, surplus weapons parts, test equipment, etc. are sold as scrap and must be rendered inoperable before selling, and completely destroyed if you want to export. Things like a toolbox that anybody can buy through normal channels are exempt and don't require destruction.
