I found this auction, and since I have one (at the shop) that is handy for O2 sockets, and it is cheaper then a no name from the auto parts store, I figured I should post it (not my auction, I only buy, but I really should sell)

Item number: 360079572405 7/8" crowsfoot Snap~on, marked with X, or D.O.E. (not blemish free then, but user tool)

I just ordered one. The total with shipping is only $4.50. Thank you very much!

BTW, they still have more than 20 left. :bounce:

Again, thanks for the tip! I scored one an hour ago...

Although the 12-points are gone, the guy still has OE crowfoots (crowfeet?!) in both 7/8" and 3/4" and for $2.50 per, I bought one of each of those too! As of right now, there are 6 and 16 left of those respectively...

I am sorry that not everyone got one, but I am glad to help those that did. I don't know about that Bluepoint one, but lots of the ones I have seen are 6 point. Sometimes fine, other times they are in WAY to tight of a spot.

As for posting the auction, I am afraid I don't know how this forums software operates. It was a HUGE link, and to me it is MORE annoying to have a broken link, then just the item number (that I have searched by).

Did the software shrink your link automatically?

and to all of you who have helped me with idea's/tool selection, etc....
Trying to pay back this board.

Yes the software automagically shortens the links. Thank goodness or we would never be able to read merkava's post's.

A sprinkle? I've only ever had carb cleaner in an aerosol..
Years ago at the parts store we would buy a 2 gallon bucket of solvent with a mesh basket inside. One would place their carb in the solution and it cleaned it darn good. I would call that liquid carb cleaner.
That was a potent solution of petrochemicals.

One whiff of this stuff will bring back memories of carb rebuilding and don't put your bare hand in there, not much will come back out! This stuff is flesh eating! LOL!

Hey, that brings back memories - I loved that Berryman stuff back in the days when I was rebuilding carburetors ... Do they still sell this stuff? I seem to remember it as B10 ...

I didn't know the stuff was still available.

With todays rules governing such things I am:
1- Surprised this stuff is still available.
2- Wondering what solvents it's composed of nowadays. (Still as potent??)

Carb cleaner works great. Just remember to take the carb out in a timely manner...ask me how I know. :spit: I left a quadrajunk in for a week before I remembered (we were in the middle of harvest). I pulled up a basket of screws and butterflies.:lol_hitti

Recieved mine today... it looks brand new.

It is marked D.O.E. on the side with an X over the O.
