I bought this card file cabinet from the state surplus warehouse for $20 a little while back with the intention of using it for a nuts and bolts / hardware cabinet. It has all metal drawer slide rollers, its made from heavy gauge metal and has nice deep drawers. I changed my mind and decided to make it into a rolling tool box/work station for my son who recently bought his first home and didn't have a place for his tools.

When I put in some old 1/4 paneling to cover up the slots down the center of the drawers I painted them white.
It provides a good contrast and makes the tools easy to see.
