Its Park Slope Brooklyn to be exact. I have a "friend" that lives there. I also have another "friend of a friend" that either was part of OR the creator of "Bit Strip." Both of these guys live in Park Slope. 1 million dollars for a place doesn't exactly go far in Park Slope.....

I can only imagine what the property alone is worth..

Park Slope went through its ups and downs. I remember a family (they're still here) moving into our neighborhood in 1979. When I asked them where they were from, they said in Brooklyn-ese, "Park Slope...." At the time, it was a rough area.

My neighbor had a brownstone there before 1970 when she moved here to the burbs. She'll always tell the story of how they sold it because the neighborhood got bad (crime, drugs, etc) and how they regretted it because of what that property is worth today. But they panicked and did the "flight" thing out of the neighborhood.

My coworkers mother lives there and oddly enough, she lives around the corner from where the aforementioned neighbor had their grocery store for over 30 years.

Very cool time capsule, love his office.

Reading NY Times article, he made his "passive" income in real estate. Probably brought Brooklyn cheap and now worth a lot. Good for him.

wow drove by that area every weekend when I get reroute for traffic and never knew that place exists.... with a warehouse that big, he's probably owned it or paying serious money renting it. Wonder if he is show room to public?
