Grabcad for plans?

Is there anything similar for plans? Footers, walls, etc?

For plans? Or to download data into your CAD and then generate plans?

Similar to grabcad is thingiverse.com But I use both of those to download 3d models for CAD import/printing

Also sketchup has a pretty large library of user content but I havent exported any of it.

Download data, and customize into plans. I use Solidworks.
