Grabit damaged screw remover bits

Saw a commercial for these last night. Northern Tool already carries them.
Does anybody have them? What's your opinion of them?

I've got the Craftsman brand of the same thing. Sears sells several sets called screw out and deck screw out or something. All they amount to is a drill head on one end and an ease out on the other in different sizes.

If you have to get a screw out of something with a striped head they will are useful.
