I'm not into collecting specific tools or specific tool manufacturers, but I am collecting things that I'm sure would have been in my grandpa's box back in the '30's.
Here are a couple pics - I've got stuff scattered out from heck-to-breakfast since construction of my new shop started, but this stuff was handy: one of my favorite tools was my Granddad's Simmond's saw tooth setter with original box and intructions. From my wife's side of the family are some cool old jeweler tools including a ring sizer, several strange pliers and side-cutters, and a bunch of small awls and chisels etc. I've got a box full of old brace bits and several old tool boxes - including a large wooden tool box that was unfortunately painted about 40 years ago but is much older than that.
