Not sure if this even qualifies for this forum but figured I'd share.

My grandfather was an eye doctor/surgeon in the 40s, 50s and 60s. When helping clean out his house after his passing I found this in his "office" stash of boxes.

They're probably not "vintage" and probably not worth anything but they hold a sentimental place for me.

I love that they're made in Japan though.

That looks like the same set I’ve had since the 80s, except mine came in a clear pouch. Definitely vintage at 59¢

I’d love to know more about it if you have anything. Trying to Google my set resulted in nothing.

First trademark in 1969, or first claimed usage. You can dig in with those numbers and dates to find more, notes in the sticky in how, think it's #5.
